Marietta woman charged after allegedly having sex with a minor
MARIETTA – A Marietta woman was jailed Saturday on a third-degree felony charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor after she allegedly admitted to having sex on several occasions with a 15-year-old boy.
According to an affidavit of facts from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Jacqueline D. McGraw, 26, of 425 County House Lane, Marietta, told investigators that she knew the victim was 15 years old at the time of the sexual encounters that allegedly took place between November 2013 and January 2014.
The police report states that McGraw admitted having sexual intercourse with the young man approximately two to four times within that timeframe, and all of the encounters took place at her home on County House Lane. The juvenile told police that he and McGraw had been having intercourse once or twice a week through April of this year and that they had sent nude pictures of themselves to each other.
McGraw said she had received nude photos of the juvenile, but denied sending him any pictures of herself that were sexual in nature. She also allegedly told investigators that she knew it was wrong to have a sexual relatioship with the juvenile.
McGraw was placed in the Washington County Jail on Saturday evening.
