Reno Fitness Center set to open Aug. 19
RENO – The Reno Fitness Center will be open Aug. 19.
The Reno Fitness Center will house the newest 24-hour gym in Marietta. The center will be available to members 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via secured key-card access.
The hours and location will accommodate shift-workers who pass by the facility daily as well as busy individuals who cannot commit to a limited schedule. Tenured fitness specialists will staff the center, led by local certified personal trainer, Debbie Piatt.
The trainers will work at the facility various hours weekly and by appointment for personal training sessions.
The center will accommodate members of all fitness levels, from beginner to power lifter. Beginners can enjoy the cardio equipment such as treadmills, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines and stair-climbers as well as general fitness machines that build strength in the core, lower and upper body.
Those members focused on building mass and muscle will enjoy professional grade power lifting equipment made in the USA by Tuff Stuff/CalGym as well as dumb bells ranging from 5 pounds to 150 pounds. More than 32 of the 60-plus pieces of equipment were designed by two of the most famous men in the body-building industry, according to a press release.
Reno Fitness Center also plans to hold group aerobic, yoga and Zumba classes as well as seminars for nutrition, fitness and body building.
“The Reno Fitness Center hopes to meet a unique need in the community,” Piatt said. “With a Reno Fitness Center membership, you have 24/7 access and can participate in a variety of group exercise classes. We also have highly specialized equipment to take someone from basic fitness to body builder. “
The Reno Fitness Center is in the Reno Business Park complex north of Marietta on Ohio 7.
