A driving refresher needed

I am writing this letter out of frustration concerning the various streets in Parkersburg that have two left-hand lanes for turning. Why is it that almost every weekday morning when I am headed to work, I am in the second left lane turning left into the next second-hand lane; but, the person behind me is in the first left lane, and comes over to the right into the same second-hand lane as me, barely missing me and acts like I am at fault? I’m not the one changing lanes. I’ve stayed in my same lane.

Some of us need to go back to driving class! Better yet, post some city police officers on these corners.
