As summer gets into full swing, don’t forget the weekly programs offered at the Beverly Public Library.

The week starts with family night on Monday evening at 5:30. Food, crafts, movies, stories, games and a weekly drawing are all in store for participating families each week.

Wednesday, June 26, at 11:00 a.m. is Read-to-Me Story Time for pre-readers ages 2-6 and an adult. Crafts, snacks, and a story are provided, and a responsible adult must remain with the child during the activities. This week, “Dinosaur Bones”.

Elementary school children in grades 1-5 are invited for “Magic Rock” on Thursday, June 27 at 1 p.m.

“Choose Your Own Adventure – Caves” is the program for older children in grades 6-12 on Friday, June 28, at 1 p.m. Friday.

The next adult reading club is Saturday, July 20 at noon. The selected book is “Journey to the Center of the Earth” and copies are available at the library.

Keep reading and turn in your reading sheets to earn your prizes or prize packs and a pass to the end of the program swimming party on August 1 at the Beverly Pool.
