Betty Sue McKaughan, 70, of Millwood, W.Va., died Jan. 10, 2013, at her home.
She was born Aug. 24, 1942, in Davy, W.Va., a daughter of Mack Knuckles and Emily Knuckles. She loved her family, her special grandchildren and her two dogs, Petey and Susie.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth McKaughan and wife Vicki of Lubeck, W.Va., Dianna McKaughan of Millwood, W.Va. and Jesse McKaughan and wife Linda of Belleville, W.Va.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Mack Knuckles, Troy Knuckles and Willard Sizemore; sisters, Mary Butler, Sylvia Perry, Elizabeth Sexton, Linda Hess and husband Bill, Barbara Lambert and Gladys Hurt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Kenneth “Speedy” McKaughan; sister, Pansy Marshall; brothers, John Sizemore, Clarence Sizemore and Howard Sizemore.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Monday at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, W.Va., with Pastor Bradley Goodwin officiating. Friends may visit 5-7 p.m. Sunday with the family at the funeral home, and one hour prior to service on Monday. Burial will follow in Jackson County, Memory Gardens, Cottageville, W.Va.
